Mr. Gertsburg then served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Broadvox, a Cleveland based next-generation telecommunications company starting in 2006. His legal work for Broadvox included corporate restructuring, commercial transactions, real estate deals, lending, investing, employment, and spearheading the company’s litigation strategy, personally litigating most of its cases.
